Shipping policy

Digi-Bear (“the store”) currently offers local delivery in Hong Kong only. We do not ship overseas or outside Hong Kong.

Carrier

Local Hong Kong orders are sent by SF Express. Pickup and delivery follow SF Express and the store’s arrangements that day.

Shipping fee

Orders under HK$500: freight collect (you pay SF Express when the parcel arrives).
Orders of HK$500 or more: free local delivery in Hong Kong.

Dispatch time

In-stock items: usually dispatched within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.
Supplier stock: usually dispatched within 3–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Public holidays, severe weather, peak shipping periods, or remote areas may delay delivery. If a delay is significant, the store will try to let you know.

Tracking

After the parcel is sent, if there is a tracking number, the store will send it by email or an order update so you can follow the shipment.

Overseas shipping

We do not offer overseas shipping at this time. If you need a special arrangement, email info@digi-bear.com first. The store decides whether to accept it.
